On the eve of the twentieth anniversary of the death of Diana, Princess of Wales on 31 August 1997, the Citizens Electoral Council published the pamphlet “Who Killed Diana, and Why?”
Diana was a threat to the very existence of the British Royal Family. Her exposés of the dysfunctional nature of the Royal Family, and revelations that it profiteered from misery including via its central role in the international arms trade, threatened to spark a revolt against monarchism itself. This pamphlet recounts the period leading up to Diana's death, the powerful forces that were rallied to rein her in, and the extensive documentation by the late Australian researcher John Morgan revealing she was assassinated.
